Gronghui May 23 丨 Asia Energy Logistics (00351pokergamesworldpokerclub.HK) AnnouncementpokergamesworldpokerclubOn May 23, 2024, the seller (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) and the buyer entered into a memorandum of agreement, pursuant to which, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the memorandum of agreement, the seller has conditionally agreed to sell and the buyer has conditionally agreed to purchase the ship at a consideration of US$9.5 million.

The ship is referred to as Clipper Panorama, flying the Hong Kong flagpokergamesworldpokerclubbulk carrier.

The Directors believe that through the ongoing management of the Group's assets, the disposal will not have any material adverse impact on the Group's operations and will enable the Group to improve its working capital position and further enhance its liquidity.
