Gelonghui May 19 丨 China Liansu (02128maneaterunrealenginecrash.HK) announcedmaneaterunrealenginecrash, EDA published a prospectus on May 20, 2024 for the proposed spin-off and global offering. The prospectus is available from May 20, 2024 on the EDA website (wwwmaneaterunrealenginecrash. edayun.cn) and the Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).

as disclosed in the Prospectusmaneaterunrealenginecrash, the total number of EDA shares to be offered under the Global Offering will be 97.625 million EDA shares (assuming the over-allotment option is not exercised), equivalent to approximately 22% of the total number of EDA shares in issue immediately after the completion of the Global Offering, or 112 million EDA shares (assuming the over-allotment option is fully exercised), equivalent to approximately 25% of the total number of EDA shares in issue immediately after the completion of the Global Offering and the full exercise of the over-allotment option.

It is expected that the offer price of EDA shares in the global offering will be no less than HK$2.28 per EDA share and no more than HK$3.06 per EDA share.

EDA has applied to the Stock Exchange for approval to list and deal in EDA shares on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange.
